British telco TalkTalk continues to be the most complained-about provider according to a new Ofcom Telecoms Complains report for the fourth quarter 2011.

Ofcom said that the TalkTalk group still generated the highest number of complaints and that they focused on billing and customer service issues. Conversely, Virgin Media did better than the three competing fixed-line operators of BT, BskyB and TalkTalk.

To put it in perspective, TalkTalk suffered 0.78 complaints per 1,000 landline customers while Virgin Media was four times better with a complaint rate of just 0.18 per 1,000 customers.

The watchdog noted that mobile telephony generally featured a much lower rate of complaints than fixed line and broadband services. Orange topped the complaints table largely due to their announced increase in monthly plan prices for all customers, even those on fixed contracts.

O2 fared best for mobile, with an impressively low 0.02 complaints per 1,000 – over eight times better than Orange and over seven times better than Three.

The package arrived super fast from Amazon (it always pays to buy directly from Amazon if at all possible and their delivery service is incredibly efficient and fast) – The Epson SX445W is a brilliant WiFi printer and was very simple to install using their automated procedures. Over all, performance exceeded expectations by a large margin.

As usual a first class service was provided by Amazon for the delivery of this item. Ordered on Sunday evening and arrived on Wednesday! A compact printer that was easy to set up and produces fantastic quality printing of documents and photos. Would highly recommend this printer. So far nothing to dislike or negative comments to make. Having previously owned an Epson printer I’m expecting the same trouble free printing for many years to come.

I’ve just recently up dated my Epson Printer from the RX585 to the PX660.
Both models are very good, but then I always buy Epson, you just can’t beat them, simple to use, cheaper for ink replacement, especially if you get compatible inks, this model uses 6 cartridges, so you only replace the ink you have used, black,yellow, cyan,light cyan, magenta and light magenta, not the whole block like other models, and it’s so easy to replace the inks as it guides you through.
Its not only a printer, its scans, copies without even having your computer on, and you can print straight on to a disc, using the tray supplied and a flick of a switch.
When printing it’s so easy to select your paper size and quality, and you can also select print preview to automatically show you before you print, no more wasted paper printing that last sheet with one line on it.
The PX660 is a nice touch screen and the doors close up to make it nice and square shape for when not in use,it’s quick to print and not noisy at all, ultimately the best.
